Purpose:

This Confidentiality Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") outlines Savoir's commitment to protecting the confidentiality of user data.

1. Definition of Confidential Information

For the purpose of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" means any personal, financial, or other sensitive data provided by users to Savoir. This includes, but is not limited to, names, addresses, contact details, payment information, and any other information that can be used to identify an individual.

2. Obligations of Savoir

Savoir agrees to the following obligations regarding user data:

• To hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the user, except as required by law.
• To use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing and improving Savoir's services.
• To implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Confidential Information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

3. User Rights

Users have the right to:

• Access their personal data held by Savoir.
• Request correction or deletion of their personal data.
• Withdraw consent to the processing of their personal data.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe their data has been mishandled.

4. Data Retention

Savoir will retain user data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

5. Exclusions from Confidential Information

Confidential Information does not include information that:

• Is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this Agreement by Savoir.
